Talk to an SME→DEX_ is our Digital Ethics eXpert Rapid Assessment approach.
DEX_ is the machine behind the practice: a regulation graph that keeps GDPR, the Gulf PDPL regimes and the EU AI Act in one structured model, a scoring layer that turns your reality into obligations, and a human senior practitioner who signs off everything it produces.
Regulation graph
Articles, clauses and regulator guidance mapped as linked obligations, so one control can be traced to every regime it satisfies.
Scoring model
Your answers, systems and data flows are weighted by exposure and enforcement reality, not by checklist volume.
Human release gate
Nothing leaves the approach unreviewed. A senior practitioner edits, contextualises and releases every output.
Systems, vendors, data flows and AI use cases are captured in a structured record, one source of truth instead of scattered spreadsheets.
DEX_ produces indicative, human reviewed assessments to help you align with regulatory and legal requirements. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer client relationship.
Bespoke solutions
for real problems.
Some challenges need more than a retainer. We assemble the right SMEs around a defined scope, run it through discovery, build and monitor, then hand back a working outcome.
Discover
We interview stakeholders, review systems and data flows, and identify the exact regulatory hooks and risk exposure.

What each retainer includes
Advisor is sized for startups and new entrants. It includes ten advisory hours per month, reviews of your privacy policies and notices, DPIA review, breach notification guidance, and email support with a 48 hour response time. It begins with a 30 day free trial, and we agree on the right path forward before the trial ends.
Program Lead is our most popular tier, sized for regulated and mid market organizations on a 12 month term. It includes twenty advisory hours per month, a fractional DPO designation, unlimited PIAs and policy drafting, up to four vendor reviews per month, quarterly staff awareness sessions, regulator correspondence support, and priority same day support.
The Officer is the deepest coverage, built for large and multi jurisdiction organizations on a 12 month term. It includes forty advisory hours per month, programme design and build, vendor ecosystem review, AI governance and system attestation, board and executive reporting packs, 24 hour on call incident response, and managed data subject request execution with regulatory notifications.
As a guide, Advisor suits organizations starting their privacy journey, Program Lead suits those needing continuous programme management, and The Officer suits organizations with complex data flows, AI systems, or board level reporting obligations. A scoping call with a senior SME confirms the right fit before any commitment.
Any time your SME spends on your account. That covers working sessions, reviews of policies, notices and impact assessments, vendor assessments, drafting, and guidance on breaches, data subject requests, and regulator correspondence.
Yes. Tiers can be adjusted as your organization grows or your scope changes. Raise it with your point of contact and we will move you to the tier that fits, without restarting the engagement.
The retainers cover privacy and AI governance advisory, not legal representation. Where a matter needs a law firm or court filings, we work alongside your legal advisors. One off project engagements outside the monthly scope are quoted separately as project based fees.
Under Program Lead and The Officer, one of our SMEs serves as your designated data protection contact, in line with what the law in your jurisdiction requires or permits. It gives you accountable day to day privacy leadership without the cost of a full time hire.
